January 21st was a brisk day to say the least, and it was Leisure Village’s turn to be the host. Ridgeway players were in their red shirts.
Others were wearing heavy jackets and the photographer didn’t hang around long enough to see who the winner was.

Shuffleboard Court - 2008

The Ridgeway Shuffleboard team finished the 2007-2008 season in second place in their division of the league. At a recent Stuart tournament three players from Ridgeway finished in the money. Jeri White finished third in the main section of the tournament, Hank Deinama fourth in the main, and Ray Montgomery finished first in the consolation section. In mid October the team will begin to organize and start practicing for the next season. New faces are always welcome.

Even with a stiff breeze it is still a hot day on February 22nd to get in some practice. Visiting grand children get a chance to play on an empty court.

Shuffleboard Court - 2007

Ridgeway players (in red shirts) host a game with Seabreeze Mobile Home Park (in yellow shirts) on February 7th.
Earlier in the week while others practice their game, a member sweeps off some debris on a second court.

In January, new sun shields were constructed that will cover the players on the shuffleboard courts.

Shuffleboard Court - 2006

On February 22, Ridgeway Shuffleboard Club hosted a league game with Leisure Village. Three courts were being used to determine standings for the season.
