I feel that the Association members should be informed of what is going on before the Board goes ahead and does whatever, as what has been done in the past. - - Ways and Means - -
Cynthia Graves - Elected 2-1-2012
In my time on the RPOA Board, as Ways and Means Chairperson, I hope to simplify the accounting procedure for each of the activities to make them more economical in time and effort. I would also like to encourage new activities for RPOA members. The dinner clubs, dinner dances, theatre, and card clubs are solid favorites with everyone, but there are more experiences we can offer our members with just a little effort. Already, we have the live band performances happening this year as well as some dance training beginning in February. It is also my hope to rekindle and encourage Neighbor to Neighbor, a group of Ridgeway neighbors willing to spend time helping in situations where being a good neighbor would be a great gift. Look for a date to be announced at the next RPOA Board Meeting. Thanks, and , I'm always ready to listen to ideas from all our members.
