Michigan Night is a potluck dinner for anyone who would like to join in. Everyone brings a dish to pass and their table setting.
Don't forget a paperplate for your dessert and your appetite.
We were entertained at our March meeting by Hazel Kane. She told a great story of her most memorable Christmas coming to Florida when she was a child.
Hazel is 90 years young. Her son Pat Kane,Daughter Judy Robertson, and her Grandson Jason Robertson joined us as well.
When the food is ready, chairman Dave calls up the first table. Someone remarks that Michigan people sure know how to cook.
People chat while they wait their turn, as determined by the table lottery. It’s time to collect what’s left of your offering before a short business meeting.
In January we have a gift swap. On the first draw, everyone gets to select a gift from the table. The second draw is a chance to swap with someone.
